Brown Bag Lunch: Wenham’s Water

Have you ever wondered about Wenham’s water?   Wenham, once called “Enon” in a Biblical reference to a place with much water, has always had a close relationship with its water resources.  From ice harvesting on Wenham Lake to the Great Wenham Swamp and the Canal, our water remains important to our past, present, and future.  As climate change and recent drought put pressure on our watershed, come and learn from Erin Bonney Casey of the Ipswich River Watershed Association about the history of our water usage and how we can best steward this critical resource now and in the years to come.
