Live Poetry in the Galleries

Listen to poems read aloud throughout the main galleries as you travel the museum with The Thursday Poets. These poets have found their muse in the museum’s exhibits, from objects to images to the spaces themselves.

The Thursday Poets, based in Salem, Massachusetts, is a collective of professional poets. They create, promote, celebrate, and support poetry efforts north of Boston and beyond through readings, gatherings, workshops, publications, and advocacy.
