Be My Valentine Special Pop-Up Exhibit and Make & Take Activity
Drop by to admire a sampling of the hundreds of valentines housed in the museum collection. This displayed selection features cards that span the last few centuries and were manufactured as close by as Worcester, MA or as far away as Germany and England. The lace and heart motifs are sure to set your heart aflutter. However, love can be fleeting as is this temporary exhibit.
Find inspiration to make your own valentine by looking at the displayed cards before making valentines yourself using a supplied collection of materials and a few additional assembly supplies. You can make your valentine while at the museum or take a kit home. You can also leave a valentine for someone else to enjoy in our leave-a-card take-a-card basket.
Make & Take Valentine Kits will be available during regular museum hours until February 14th or while supplies last. This Make & Take Valentine Kits and included with admission and free for Members.
