SUMMARY:Make a Fall Wreath
DESCRIPTION:No school?  No problem!  Swing by the Wenham Museum on Friday\, October 7th to make a wreath inspired by the fall leaves.  Trace your hands onto construction paper\, cut them out\, and glue them onto a ring.  We’ll provide all the materials and all you need is your creativity! \nThis is a drop-in program while supplies last.  No preregistration is required.  This activity is included with admission and free for Members.

Our Poppets friends will read Mama Do You Love Me? by Barbara M. Josse and illustrated by Barbara Lavallee. In this book\, a child who lives in the Arctic tests the limits of independence and learns that a parent’s love is unconditional and everlasting. \nOur M is for Museum friends will read We are Water Protectors by Carole Lindstrom and illustrated by Michaela Goade. SUMMARY:Members' Only LEGO Train
DESCRIPTION:EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! Calling all LEGO fans – we’re excited to welcome the LEGO Train back to the Wenham Museum for a special fall-time visit! This a rainbow colored\, L-gauge model train speeding along a brick track as it races by soaring skyscrapers\, country cottages\, mountainside ski slopes and much more. All features are designed with the highest degree of precision (and a sense of humor!) by the New England LEGO Users Group (NELUG). Some Halloween-themed surprises will be included in this fantastical LEGO display. Special Thanks to the New England LEGO Users Group (NELUG) for sharing their creations with us! All ticket proceeds from the LEGO Train benefit the nonprofit Wenham Museum. \nAdvanced reservations for this event are now closed.  TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SALE AT THE DOOR. \nYou are invited to come in at any time during museum hours to see the Lego train layout. Sunday we are open from 12p.m. until 4 p.m.\, but members are invited to come early for our Members’ Only Hours from 10:00 a.m. until 12 p.m.. We encourage visitors to come in at least an hour before closing in order to fully enjoy the Lego experience. DESCRIPTION:As of 9:15 a.m. on Saturday morning\, this event is now SOLD OUT.  We are not keeping a wait list for this program.  We hope to see you at a future special program – Mrs. Claus will be here on Saturday\, December 10th!  \nSnow White will be holding a fun (not spooky!) Halloween Tea Party at the Wenham Museum!  Snow White will tell stories\, sing songs\, and play games inspired by the classic fairytale and the Halloween holiday in a festively decorated room.  Wear your Halloween costume or your favorite dress-up clothes to this event!  Refreshments include a pink lemonade “tea” in a cauldron cup children can take home\, mini muffins\, and fruit kebabs – and coffee for the adults! \nTickets\n$18  Member Adults\, Children (Age 2+)\, or Seniors\n$22 Nonmember Adults\, Children (Age 2+)\, or Seniors\nBabies and toddlers under aged 2 are free.\nTickets include general admission to the Wenham Museum!\nAdvanced reservations are required for this program.
