Learning about whales is also a great way to think critically about how you can become an ocean advocate\, to help the wild world and our oceans.  \nSign up to visit to The Whalemobile at 11 AM\, 11:30 AM\, or 12:30 PM. Prior to the program date\, participants will be sent an introductory video about whales and The Whalemobile (this video will also be available for viewing inside the museum.) When you come to the museum\, you’ll have a 30-minute visit seated inside the giant\, inflatable humpback whale with a naturalist and educator. There are two presentations: the first one starts at 10:30 a.m. and the second one starts at 1:30  p.m.\, and both include admission to the museum. This program shows how owls use their specialized powers of sight\, hearing and flight to survive and thrive. A wealth of fact and folklore about these masters of the dark explains the natural and unnatural history of owls. A variety of live owls provides the focus of the presentation. It is important that guests remain seated for the duration of the 50 minute program to create a comfortable atmosphere for the birds. \nPlease check-in at the Desk upon arrival: 15 minutes before the start of the program. \nWe invite you to visit the museum galleries after your scheduled time.
