Summer Camp Pre-Registration

January 25

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every day that begins at 12:00 am, repeating until February 28, 2023

Pre-registration is now live for the all-new summer camp, Camp Whirlygig!

Camp Whirlygig is an all-new summer camp at the Wenham Museum in partnership with the Wenham Village Improvement Society (WVIS).  Geared to young campers ages 4 -7, Camp Whirlygig fosters fun, friendship, and curiosity.  With a 1:5 counselor to camper ratio, a caring and supportive environment will create a comfortable summer camp experience for younger children.

Young campers will enjoy open-ended, child-centered arts enrichment in studio art, dance and drama; explorations related to museum exhibitions, local history, and culture; STEM and STEAM experiments; mindfulness and movement experiences designed to support emotional development; outdoor recreation and games; tennis; free play on the playground; and friendship-building activities within camper groups.

There is a half day or a full day option for camp.  Early drop-off and late pick-up is available.  Camp runs for six weeks from Monday, July 3rd (no camp on the Fourth of July) through Friday, August 11th.
