Wenham Museum's Lego® Train Saturday and Sunday, February 11 and 12 10am - 4pm Free with museum admission ON DISPLAY ONE WEEKEND ONLY! Attention all LEGO-Trainiacs! The LEGO Train is coming back with a super-spectacular room-size model train layout sure to ignite the imagination of children of all ages! Train and toy fans will be amazed by this 100% LEGO model train layout. Watch a diesel, steam and space train speed around a spiraling monorail created out of over 700 feet of track including a moon-base, mini-robot museum, a medieval castle, skyscrapers and a carnival full of whirling and whizzing rides. Cheer on the creators of this fantastic futuristic model train layout as the New England LEGO Users Group goes for a LEGO record with this first ever displayed super-sized monorail. Please note: The LEGO Train is a very popular event. There is additional parking on Friend Court (next to the Wenham Police Station) as well as across the street. Members are encouraged to bring their membership card to expidite check in.
Wenham Museum's Me and My Doll Mardi Gras Party Tuesday, February 21, 1-3pm Members: $24, Non-Members: $30 Pre-registration required by Friday, February 17 Bring your favorite doll to the Wenham Museum to celebrate “Fat Tuesday”. Discover life in 1850s New Orleans where Mardi Gras was celebrated in tradition and high-style. Decorate a mini King-cupcake and create a mask for you and your doll. Come early and tour the museum’s world-renown doll collection, model train gallery, antique toy and textile displays. Ages7+.
Wenham Museum's Lego®-Palooza Thursday, February, 23; 1 and 2pm Free with admission; pre-registration required Legos, yellow, red, white and blue these tiny bricks make dreams come true!
